Hope Community Services is pleased to welcome Lois Andrijich and Phil Martin as its two newest Board Directors.

Between them these new Directors bring with them a wealth of experience in human resources, strategic management and oversight, risk management and operational governance.

Lois Andrijich

Ms Andrijich is an experienced human resources executive, and the current Director of Life At Work, a WA-based company that specialises in providing human resources support to small to medium sized businesses. She holds more than 17 years’ experience in senior and executive human resources roles across for-profit and not-for-profit sectors

She is also a Non-Executive Board Director for 4LifeSkills and a Committee Member on the Management, Human Resources Management and International Business Consultative Committee at Edith Cowan University’s School of Business and Law.

Phil Martin

Mr Martin began his career as a Paramedic and held various clinical and senior leadership roles during his 14-year tenure at St John Ambulance. In 2019, he transitioned into the aged care sector, assuming senior leadership and executive roles that have shaped organisational growth and service delivery.

He is an accomplished governance professional with experience in strategic oversight, risk management and operational governance.

He has more than 15 years’ experience in healthcare leadership and is the current Chief Executive Officer for SwanCare, a not-for-profit provider of residential aged care and retirement facilities.
