Tricia Murray AM: Board Chair

Tricia has a wealth of experience in the community forpurpose sector in Western Australia and New South Wales, including 18 years as CEO of a leading family and children’s services organisation. Working primarily in management, Tricia’s broad expertise takes in child protection, homelessness, family and domestic violence and early years services. She has served on several state and national advisory committees and boards. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and a Master of Service Administration; is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Justice of the Peace and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.

Stephen Cummins: Deputy Board

Stephen is currently the Strategic Services Lead with St John Ambulance WA, leading operations strategy for the organisation. Previous to this he was the Principal at ACIL Allen’s Perth practice. Before joining ACIL Allen, Stephen was a Director with Deloitte’s national Health Advisory Practice. He has extensive health and human services experience. Before commencing a career in consulting, Stephen held several senior leadership roles within the WA Department of Health and Department of Treasury. Stephen has provided strategic advice and support, as well as leadership skills, to significant health-related projects for clients across WA including St John Ambulance, Ramsay Healthcare, Incolink and WA Country Health Services. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from UWA and completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Australian Direct Marketing Association.

Lara Drabble: Chair of Risk Committee

Lara has more than 25 years’ experience working in general insurance across a variety of underwriting, broking, risk management, sales and leadership roles. Lara’s long-time career focus on clients in the faith, education and not-forprofit sectors informs her understanding of the unique challenges facing such organisations. Lara also works directly for not-forprofit Transform Cambodia, a charity supporting street kids in Cambodia.

Ann Dawson: Chair of Finance & Audit Committee

Ann brings highly strategic finance executive experience to her role with over 30 years’ experience managing mid-sized organisations, predominantly in the healthcare sector and nearly 15 years Non-Executive Director experience. She has experience leading financial and project management of large construction and redevelopment projects, business analysis and development planning and strategic management. Her previous executive roles include those at Activ, the Royal Flying Doctor Service of WA, the Anglican Diocese of Perth and Craigcare. A Fellow member of Certified Practising Accountants Australia, Ann also holds an Executive Masters in Business Administration, a Degree in Business and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Craig Chetty

Craig is a Co-founder & CEO of Student Edge, an online community and membership organisation for young people. The organisation was initially founded by Craig and three of his classmates when they were studying in Western Australia. Student Edge is now attracting members from all over the world with more than one million members. Its vision to empower young people to make more informed choices (across financial management, job readiness and career & life decisions). Craig is passionate about helping young people make informed career choices, so they can be connected with a pathway that matches their skillset and passion. Complementing this passion is his belief in the transformative power of entrepreneurship, as an enabler to solve real world problems, in a sustainable manner.

Duncan Mitchell

Duncan is an experienced financial and investments adviser having worked for large and small companies since 1999. He is currently a Financial Planner with Nexia Financial Solutions. He brings knowledge around investment portfolios, market trends and dealing with financial organisations in the NFP sector. Duncan holds a BSc from Murdoch University and a Diploma in Financial Planning from Kaplan Australia.

Michael Mitchell

Michael has more than 25 years experience in indigenous and mental health programs and services across WA. He brings deep knowledge and insight into health, wellbeing and community services provision, having worked extensively in and advocating for indigenous mental health. As an ex-AFL professional player, Michael is passionate about ensuring mental health is a priority for professional athletes, and he consults to the Western Australian Football Commission and is a Member of the AFL Mental Health Advisory group.

Lois Andrijich

Lois is an HR Executive with over 15 years experience across a range of organisations, holding a Masters in HR Management and a Certificate in Strategic Management from Harvard University. Lois is Director for Life at Work, a non-Executive Board Director for 4LifeSkills and sits on the Management, Human Resource Management and International Business Consultative Committee at the School of Business and Law at ECU.

Phil Martin

Phil is an accomplished governance professional with extensive experience in strategic oversight, risk management and operational governance. He has over 15 years of experience in healthcare leadership and is the current Chief Executive Officer for SwanCare. Phil has a Bachelor of Science and a Graduate Diploma of Health Management. He is a Graduate Member of the AICD, is a Registered Paramedic with AHPRA and an Associate Fellow with the Australasian College of Health Service Management.
