All Staff Update April 2023

IMPORTANT : Payment Date for payroll period ending 9th April 2023

Hope Community Services payroll cycle is on a fortnightly basis. The Thursday following the end of the payroll period, is the day that wages are required to be paid into your bank. Payroll always endeavour to pay wages on a Wednesday, to ensure you are in receipt of your pay.

When a public holiday falls on a Monday it is very difficult to get timesheets completed and correctly processed in such a tight timeframe.  There is a public holiday coming up on the Monday 10^th April.

We are writing to let you know that payment of wages for the period ending April 9^th, will be paid into your bank on Thursday April 13.

If you feel that you will be seriously financially impacted by this process, please can you contact Payroll (payroll@hopecs.org.au).

We will review each case and, if appropriate, discuss alternative arrangements with the individuals involved.
