Come volunteer with us!

Leavers Week festivities are an institution in WA, and each year amid the noise and chaos of jubilant school leavers is a group of HOPE volunteers working to keep them safe.

Each year, HOPE operates health recovery services throughout the four-day event in The Zone entertainment area. Our team of volunteers provide essential first aid along with a calm and safe space for young people to sober up when they are affected by alcohol or other drugs.

We are now looking for compassionate and responsible people to join our team for the 2024 Leavers Week in Dunsborough. We have 50 volunteer places available – and places fill up fast.

The HOPE team will be arriving on Sunday 17 November, one day before the official festivities begin, and will be staying until Saturday 23 November (allowing us to have our own wind down and volunteer lunch).

A training day will be hosted on Saturday 2 November.

What’s included

Volunteering with us is a rewarding experience, and we provide everything for our volunteers.
