I want action on my complaint!

We take all complaints very seriously. Maybe we won’t be able to do what you want, but we will hear you, consider what you say, investigate as needed and report back to you – promptly.  Your complaint will get the CEO’s attention, because that’s the importance and priority we give complaints.

You can also complain by phone on 0418 803 937, but please understand that due to meetings and commitments you may not be able to speak with the CEO personally.  Your complaint will however be recorded and will go to the CEO, the same as if you had emailed.

Abusive behaviour never solves anything, so please understand that we will not read, listen to or respond to abusive complaints.
